Pechanga Resort and Casino
Pechanga Resort and Casino is located on the Pechanga Indian Reservation in Temecula, California. This is the largest casino in California with about 188,000 square feet of space dedicated to gaming.
The casino has been open since June of 2002 when the casino was only 85,000 square feet. In just 2 years they expanded and added around 100,000 square feet to make it the biggest casino in California. It is actually one of the largest casinos in the entire world. Over 3,400 Vegas style slot machines fill the floor that isn’t dedicated to table games.
This used to be an 18 and older casino, but the age was raised to 21 in 2003.
Pechanga’s Resort is one of the few California casinos to be given the AAA 4 diamond award. There are 517 guest rooms available for out of towners looking for a casino visit within driving distance of San Diego and Los Angeles. Guest rooms have Sealy Plush Pillow-Top Mattress, floor to ceiling windows with amazing views of the mountains, and many other great amenities.
Fine dining, casual dining, and quick service food are all available at the Pechanga’s restaurants. Fine dining includes the Great Oak Steakhouse, Grotto (Seafood), and Paisano’s (Italian). Casual dining consists of Bamboo, Blazing Noodles, Buffet, Kelsey’s, Pechanga Cafe, and Journey’s End. “Quick Bites” can be found at American Classics, Agave Mexican Delights, Pronto Italiano, Caffe Cocoa, Little Wok, and the Parkway Deli.
